Danielle needs to be taken care of. She's a terrorist leader, without a terrorist cell. YET.
I have a house in Alberta. I wonder if there's a way to cede my property back to the Treaty nations when I die... They deserve it more than my relatives do.
You may want to contact the First Nations band office closest to you (or another band office of your choosing) and speak to them about it.
This is the way. I just love the "fuck you, Danielle!" energy.
Right? I was so happy to see these letter. She needs to go!
I hope other first nations and communities send her more letters like this. If you want to be american so badly just move there and leave the rest of us out of it.
That's something I can't understand. Most of my family back in Alberta would vote to join US and have been saying it for years. Why don't they just move there? It's not hard
I think it's all a boo hoo victim mentality to avoid personal accountability. Those people's lives suck because they are dumb, not because of Ottawa, lol
sighs in envious American
There have been moments like this in the US.
And that’s why native rights continue to be attacked even after recent surprising wins. The current court thinks treaties are bullshit and native rights have been getting fucked for a bit now.
First Nations, Inuit and Metis people will save the rest of us from idjits like Smith and Drug Fraud.
We have a huge amount to learn from the First Nations and the French about sovereignty. It will also be quite interesting to see how the 51st state bullshit goes over with them.
Can't rely on other people to do the work.
It's a hell of a way of repaying us for all the nasty shit we did.
Smith speaks for a minority only and the press loves it and feeds it. The silent majority are 100% Canada.
Wow
Based Based Based Based Based Based
Do you have an article with background to share? :)
What info would you like, ie: on the treaties, or the SCoC rulings, etc?
😂 Time to rip that “agreement” up Danielle.
Dope! I wonder if there's actual legal force here.
There is. The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled multiple times on Indigenous land rights and, for the most part, have ruled in favour of the treaties with First Nations communities and people.
Smith doesn't have a leg to stand on here.
