Petition for Canadian government to help US trans people seek asylum/refugee status.

Saw this on bluesky and thought I'd share here since I think there's a lot of trans folks trying to find ways out of the US and this could potentially help in the future.

I am sure that the orange faced turd will go far enough that any lgbt will be in a situation to seek asylum in Canada or Europe... and it is sad and I feel deeply sorry for them
- I've joked with European friends about how far does the US have to fall before I can claim refugee status. It feels bittersweet to see the joke become a real question.
