  • Had a great lunch at a restaurant on our street: Goat cheese salad, then some Caracoles (snails) in "spicy" sauce Andalusian style..."spicy" as in Spanish spicy, as in, n9t very spicy at all....but it was delicious!

    Mains I had grilled lamb chops with pots & peppers. My wife had the Entrecot (Ribeye) steak with pots & veg....a couple beers and we were set for the siesta.

  • Some rice crackers with hommous and sweet chilli. Have a sweet potato in the oven. Don't know what to top it with yet.

    (Lunch was lentil Bol so small dinner)

  • I've made a spicy chickpea and veg soup thing.

    • Ingredients: Sambal oelek, tin of tomatoes, onion, spices, chickpeas, zucchini, champignons, topped with yogurt, spring onions and parsley.

      Was very good. 5/5 yum yums.

  • Pottage of wtf needs using.

  • I might just steam some dim sims. Whack some kecap manis on.

    • Soy, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil in equal parts-ish for dipping will change you forever :)

  • Mr P made a beef casserole served with scalloped potatoes and a red cabbage stir-fry thing, was very nice and weather appropriate.
