25 1 ReplyUncertain = the state has likely stopped collecting data. This is because covid is seen as fake news by conservatives. Like, I'm pretty sure at this point many think it was made up... Despite many people losing relatives. It's nuts.
It's a shame they lumped uncertain with stable. These are very different states of being.
