Security cameras captured Soghomonian spraying liquid near the outer door of Sanders’s office on the third floor and then “lighting the area with a handheld lighter,” according to court records
First I heard it was inside
- It sounds like it was inside the building but outside the office. The article mentions it is a building that was used by other organizations as well, so they'd have separate entrances within the building.
  It mentions that the arsonist took a staircase down, guessing probably not the fire escape, and that sprinkler systems inside the building engaged.
Good. Throw the book at him.
