I want to be hopeful about this, but Iraq tried doing something similar, and the US is still there.

The americans will stay until casualties are too high to pretend they're training accidents. They will never leave just by asking.
Niger can do the same thing that Mali did to France. Siege the embassies and bases, cut them off from all food water and power and just play chicken to see if the US will invade over it or fuck off
