to be fair, the only real reason to wear the same socks is so they feel the same on your feet
- No, that also doesn't matter.
  
  It does if your brain contains any trace of critical inquiry.
That's why you only buy black or gray socks.
- For some reason, my local supermarket had decent quality wool socks on sale at a very cheap price, so I bought twenty pairs.
  So I now have an entire drawer full of identical socks, and hopefully won't need to buy more for another year or two.
  
  This is the only way to live!
- But when you buy new ones you have to separate the old vs the new because they fit differently.
  
  Not when you only buy new socks when the olds ones are beyond rescue....or you buy the same socks again and mix em up.
- If it is your goal to be mega boring...

  Its true. The number of women who have declined a second date because I’m abhorrently boring.
  The only reason I can think of to explain it is my 20 pairs of identical socks.
He's not badly hurt though, his shoes are still on.
