Jury nullification is considered jury tampering in most states because it was most famously used to allow the reign of white terrorism under Jim Crow.
It's also hilariously self defeating that y'all would be stanning for it while also calling for Trump's incarceration, like it's possible or even ethical to get a jury full of anti-Trumpers.
