What episode is this? Looks intense.
- Season 2 episode 6, "The Doomsday Machine" - one of my favorites, and William Windom's work was incredible, especially the one scene that this is taken from.
  
  Would it make for a good first episode of trek?
If we had some good writers, and a good director, I wouldn't mind a soft reboot of TOS. As long as it doesn't break canon, I think it'd be fine. (Of course, with multiple timelines, who's to say what's canon?)
