It's unfortunate that as a city with our 14 billion dollar budget that the city can't manage sidewalks properly

I think their idea of "taking these people out of the streets" is very different than our idea of "taking these people out of the streets"
Homeless murder squads are a more realistic solution for these "people" than just making sure housing is available because it hurts their real estate prices.
