  Some leaders lead from the rear. I'm not saying that's what's happening here, but I admit I often worry about it whenever someone says "time to revolt" or similar.
Who CARES? The ONLY part of the Constitution that the Founders MEANT was the One that LETS US MURDER CHILDREN IN SCHOOL! EVERY other Amendment they COULDNT know what the Future held and would OBVIOUSLY Eliminate any Rights they Accidentally gave us! EXCEPT the Right to Shoot up Schools!

- This is the problem I've always had with precedent. It's not law. It's just "well these other judges did it this way so I guess I will too."

Soon they’ll remove due process for citizens, too.
- There's effectively no difference. You can claim you're a citizen all you want, but if an ICE agent disagrees, you're not entitled to a hearing/trial to prove it.

- If there exists a class that does not have due process, then none of us truly have due process.
- If anybody is denied due process, everybody is denied due process.

This is a temporary thing so any public outrage may actually sway a final decision made by the court?
- SCOTUS is currently a corrupt, illegitimate institution. There is no “swaying” them from their anti-democratic, anti-Constitutional agenda.
