Best Free and Open Source Alternatives to Microsoft Process Explorer

Isn't process explorer the GUI process manager on windows? Can we stop recommending cli tools by default? GNOME's and KDE's default process managers are more than enough for 99.999% of people coming from Windows.

Are these all Linux apps? So not really alternatives, but apps with similar function for Linux.
