Big hugs to anyone struggling today

Not religious, but raised as such and am going to see my folks rn to make my ma happy and spend some time with my dad before his dementia takes him.

Know today can be a struggle, and fuckin I'm even "in recovery" rn myself. Finally managed 6ish hours of sleep last night so huge W, but im still uncontrollably sobbing in the car while my partner drives us and the pups climb on me.

So yeah if shit is sucking rn then I'm sending you all my love
