Kirby and the Forgotten Land – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Star-Crossed World – Nintendo Direct

Kirby's actually quite a fun game, and this is more interesting to me than resolution/framerate upgrades in BotW & TotK - it's basically a DLC addition, although it's not clear how big the extra content is. It seems the upgrades are included in the NSO Expansion Pass subscription or as a paid extra (if you own the Switch 1 game).
Edit: maybe not re NSO
Is it confirmed Kirby's upgrades are included in NSO Expansion pass? I have the sub, so if that's true, I can buy it using Voucher and save myself some money.
Pretty sure they aren't. Seems like there's 3 "tiers" of upgrades from Nintendo:
Upgrades with extra content (Kirby, Mario Party) -> Paid.
Upgrades with extra features but no extra content (BOTW and TOTK) -> Paid, but also available with NSO+Expansion.
Only resolution/framerate changs -> Free.
Oh, I don't know if it's confirmed - I just thought all upgrades would be included, the same as the two Zelda games. If that's not the case for all Switch 2 edition games, then maybe it's only available via buying the upgrade for Kirby. Maybe I was too hopeful!
