No surprises there.
I seems that this would cause a shuffle-down of all subsequent Starliner missions? OFT-1 becomes a cargo mission, OFT-2 becomes OFT-1, and so on?
I often wish we lived in the alternate reality where Dream Chaser got the funding that Starliner did.
Dream chaser is so much cooler. A real competitor to dragon in terms of coolness.
And a bit of a spiritual successor to the Space Shuttle as well. Still has the advantages of a spaceplane, but mitigates the major risks of the Shuttle design.
