Congrats; Israelis are now tied with Americans as being the most despised people on the entire planet.

Remember this and the many other examples when they try to call themselves "the most moral army in the world".
- at this point they can't even claim moral superiority over Nazis let alone a world wide rank.
- Moral and army are two words that by definition cannot go together, just pretty tokens for Israelis to feel good about their service.
- This news article is both disturbing and interesting. The people that alerted the news agency about the event are soldiers that were there. The only other witnesses are dead.
  It means there is a conflict of values inside IDF.
  I would hazzard a guess that their commander ordered it and is part of the religous-Zionism movement. It's a newish subset of zionism that is very similar to Nazism. Only difference is who they want to kill (the list also includes non-religous Jews).
  
  This stuff is hardly new. There is testimonies of former Israeli soldiers from 30 and 40 years ago, where they talked about randomly murdering Civilians or beating children into disability for fun and to normalize the dehumanization and annihilation of Palestinians.

"Death to Israel" is not a promotion of genocide. I wish for the state of Israel to no longer exist. Israel is predicated on genocide, and is beyond redemption. Imagine thinking that saying "death to Nazi Germany" was a genocidal statement.

  Within a German context that in particular actually rather means death of the national idea, cf. Slime's Deutschland muss sterben, "Germany must die", which, as correctly recognised by the constitutional court, expresses a counterpoint to the Prussian/Nazi militaristic parole "Germany must live, even if we shall die". The song, taking up sentiment that the court traces back to at least 1844, turns that around into "Germany must die so we may live", reaffirming individual (and regional) freedom and identity in the face of an encroaching normative force of "Germanness".
  You don't often see a constitutional court getting into analysis of a punk song but when it happens, well, it's glorious. And Nazis loathe that sentiment. Two years ago the Bundestag had a debate about regional and minority languages, the AfD was incapable of finding a single parliamentarian of theirs who spoke any. The thing is that while they're the ones shouting loudest about "protecting German culture", they're the last ones to actually value any culture from anywhere in Germany -- they want to replace everything with their own ideas, and German nationalism has been like that since pretty much forever. - "Death to [geographical place]" shouldn't be said by anyone. However it's meant, it's way too easy for people to take literally, and it provides cover for the few that actually do mean literal harm. Maybe you mean "down with Israel," but even that can be taken the wrong way. (Much like saying "down with [monarch]" would historically be understood to mean that monarch should die as opposed to stepping down.)
  
  I really don't care how you take my opposition to a genocidal state. The crimes of Israel demand a much stronger international response than they are getting. You can cry about my tone but I think strong language is warranted. Hear me again: I do not want all "Israelis" killed. I want the state of "Israel" itself destroyed.

So... Just point or clarity.... They used him as a human shield then killed him because he survived being a human shield or did being a human shield kill him but later?
- The group that used him as a human shield didn't kill him directly. They sent him and his wife south, because the area they were found in was considered evacuated.
  When an area is considered evacuated every non-IDF person is shot on sight. They knew it, and "forgot" to update over the radio about the elderly couple that will pass through. So the next group of soldiers shot them on sight.

  There can be no conversation when mods control what I can write to the degree that is happening here. This is not even what I believe, but it is the closest to what I believe I can write.
  I would never believe that any country should be deleted.
  What I believe was deleted by the mods because it talked about blaming the responsible ones, for me what I wrote here is much more extreme but I don’t make the rules I just follow them.
  Edit: the mod deleted it even if they they said those word were okay, I used the exact same words they did, the guys just can’t take what they diss out, what a joke they are, they should be embarrassed by themselves.

Been considering a new name for the 1 state solution that merges both Gaza and Israel into a working 1 state solution. Fantastica was my initial thought, kinda gives a middle finger while being a nice reference to the fact anyone murdering children for any reason are living in a fantasy world with real world repercussions like Fantastica in The Never Ending Story, book not movie, movies got nostalgia on it's side but the book is a lot better, even though it was originally a young adult novel, I read it about 9yo, and liked it so much it's still one of my favorite books 30ish yrs later... But if not Fantastica, maybe New Manhattan, or New Juneau, new Alaska, gotta be something that shatters their belief the land is holy. Fertile, sure, holy... Well it is holey where they keep detonating. But if all it takes is "talking to god", fine, I talked to god, they busy, that land is as holy and sacred as the current inhabitants see the life of people they view as less than them. So Israel is gonna need to be leveled, for something useful like a giant pyre of holy texts, Gaza too, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. To quote Borat: " your opinion is no require."
