libgen.is is down . alternative to upload magzines

as title suggests, zlib doesnt allow it, i have tried a few other libgen domains as well. preferably where i dont need to create an account.

Are you saying that domain is down or asking where to upload without an account?
- that domain is down. other domains are quite different than 'is' one. i wanted to know of an alternative where i can upload mags.
Here are the different methods of uploading to libgen. The forum (you need to make a throwaway account) is online at the moment.
If you don't want to do that, just wait a bit for libgen to come online again.
