These guys had both their hands and legs cuffed. That is so fucked. Such a dehumanising way to deal with people. It is depressing how the Indian state allowed this to happen. So much for all that 'Vishwaguru' talk. The least they could have done is to demand them to send the people back in a more humane way, or at least send a passenger plane so that the immigrants can come back as humans.

Oh! That sounds expensive!
