Trump signs executive orders proclaiming there are only two biological sexes, halting diversity programs

The executive order mentions sex that produces a certain gamete at conception as the criteria to designate someone as male or female. Last I checked, at conception, embryos are undifferentiated cells without any sexual characteristics. So Trump proclaimed everyone in the US is non-binary.
