- Same. I honestly don't think Lemmy is better than reddit, even in the current state. But Konsi keeps me coming back daily.

- "Back pay" is when an organization you work for realizes they should have been paying you more than they have been, and returns that lost pay to you.

- I can't tell if you're being serious but back pay is when you get a promotion or something like that and it applies retroactively to hours you have already worked. So you get backpay for all those hours. Sometimes it can be a few years with so you get like 5000 hours of an extra 1 dollar pay or whatever

  Konsi's new girlfriend (who's name is currently escaping me), is asking for a suggestion for a present for Konsi, who is a junior priestess. Tyrande and Lady Addis are surprised that Konsi is still just a junior priestess, considering what she's accomplished.
  
  I understand, “suggestions for a junior priestess” could mean asking for advice on a gift, as you said, or it could mean “what junior priestess is best”.
- The joke is that until then, Konsi was still considered a Junior priestess on a bureaucratic level, and the high priestess is just like "I can't believe we haven't changed her position, terrible thing to overlook in the paperwork"
- She's asking what kind of present would help "a junior priestess" with their work, because Konsi is a junior priestess.
  
  A better sentence would be "Do you have any suggestions for presents suitable for a junior priestess?" - but speech bubble real estate is expensive.
