All the companies I've worked for have said they're more like families. Families fight sometimes. I think all of these matters should remain between family members.
DV is a serious and well known issue. These CEOs should've seen it coming.
A domestic you could say.
"This isn't a business. I've always thought of it more of a source of cheap labour, like a family."
You're more likely to be killed by a family member than a coworker, too.
