Short barrel rifles are superior for CQB

Isn't this from the video where some lawmaker or something was like "These guns shouldn't exist so I'm gonna destroy mine" but they actually just made an illegal SBR?

There is short, then there is 6" of barrel where 50% of the powder only burns after it exits the barrel. Shooting that indoors would be like getting flashbanged.
