My money's on beef.
No amount of Chickens could successfully take a cow without help.
Also, neither works without a side starch like garlic bread.
- I suspect a couple dozen chickens could peck the legs of a cow until it collapses, and then peck the cow to death.
  
  I feel like a cow just reacting to that, not even trying to fight back, just reacting to the pain, would just lead to chickens getting kicked and trampled to death.
  Plus cows are a lot faster than chickens.

I've made chicken stroganoff before. it was decent.
