The logo for zig-zag rolling papers is a zouave.

Is that a really big mess tin/small cooking pot on top? What a weird place to put it.
"Zouaves" is also slang for a crazy/goofy character (not sure if it came before or after the troops), so I'm not surprised that the kit is a bit out there..
