We really need a penalty for filing frivolous lawsuits that are obviously without merit. At the very least, it should be mandatory for the plaintiff that files the suit to cover triple the legal costs for the the defendants, and a penalty for wasting the court's time.

I skimmed the complaint. It's (obviously) utter nonsense that will be dismissed with prejudice. But if not, then I look forward to joining the class action against Fox News, et al.
