This is a great source with a factual account of the incident
It would have been easy enough to let the complaint go though as filed after the tirade. It's amazing how professional the judges are in these cases. Having to cut his mike then setting a compromise that was in Giuliani's favor must have been surreal.
Please don't cut Mike. He's a good dude.
It was 'mike' when I was a kid, and I know it's 'mic' now but I'm old and stubborn and I've always resisted it. By the ordinary rules of phonics, 'mic' should be the first syllable of that burger place with piss-yellow arches.
