I do feel surprised that Trump's comments on using the military against Americans isn't all over the news.
the news is like 80% run by billionaires who want to pay less taxes. They didn't even drill him on any of the insane shit he's said when the last debate came up.
It's Trump's schtick. He spews out a constant stream of nonsense. His supporters are conditioned to ignore it.
Because he says so much bat shit crazy things that none of them stick and the outrage just goes from 1 thing to another
It's like a sewer backing up; you can't count the turds as fast as they fly out. For every one they scoop out they've got five more passing by unseen.
There is nothing normal about the Nazi Trump.
But what about the economy
that trump left Biden. What about MEEEEEEEEE.

Economic policy has a 3-4 year lag time until it's felt by the average citizen.
Biden has been picking up the pieces and putting the economy back together after the fiasco that was Trump. Just like Obama had to pick up the pieces after Bush, and Clinton had to after Reagan and Bush Sr.
To a lesser extent, Carter had to do the same, but Nixon and Ford didn't fuck the economy as hard as Reagan.
And if you go back a bit further, FDR pulled us out of the depression caused by Hoover, Coolidge and Harding.
The crash was due to the policy of Coolidge and Harding, but the depression, that was pure Hoover. He made a bad situation so much worse.
Kind of like Trump taking a pandemic, and making it worse.

Being a vet myself I would HOPE that most commanders especially the Joint Chiefs would say no to that level of absurdity and bullshit. If it came down to it yes he could relieve commanders till he found someone to follow his orders, but if that happened I would almost assume a coup would take place because the CIC is trying to subvert the Constitution and every Service Member is charged with upholding said document.
Now getting a 3 letter agency to do it...is another matter entirely, but again any federal employee is sworn to uphold the Constitution and not the man. I just feel those 3 letters can be swayed a little bit easier.
The problem is, most people don’t think he’ll actually do it- because they have the attention span of goldfish.

Oh, wait, sorry, I mean, Walz, completely unprovoked, sent the National Guard after regular protestors for nothing other than using their First Amendment rights. So the situations there and with Donald here are the exact same thing.

Yes Walz, we were already aware. Someone should warn Kamala against normalizing participation in far right wing war crimes when you're trying to run in an ostensibly left leaning party. If you could get on that for us, coach thatd be swell.

If you can have nuance about a genocide, what's so terrible about using the military on your citizens? That can be nuanced too, right?
Not to diminish the seriousness of Trump's rhetoric, but threatening to use the military against citizens is one of the few issues that is actually a 'both sides' problem.
And, by the way, if they want to think they — it’s to take on government if we get out of line, which they’re talking again about — well, guess what? They need F-15s. They don’t need a rifle.
I don't usually agree with my Trump culty neighbor's FJB flag, but it's not unlike a broken clock.
Nobody is threatening to use F-15s. It's a rhetorical device meant to show how stupid stockpiling rifles "in case of tyranny" is in the modern age.
Trump is actively saying he wants to use the military against the people.
The difference is so wide there a "yo momma" joke could fit between them.
