I’m going to try air frying burger Pattie’s and see if they turn out ok tonight.
Planning to make a burger with double cheese, double Pattie’s, bacon and hash browns.
I make burgers with a kofta recipe. Lots of mixed spice, cumin, and fresh chopped coriander. Really delicious.
I’m going to be simple. Some Moroccan spices and pure mince.
I'm trying it with kofta. If it works I'll be eating kofta a hell of a lot more
I’m hoping it’ll work, means so much less cleaning up if it does work.
