  Directly voiced at the people who are responsible in a way intentionally designed to call them out, hold them accountable, and make them uncomfortable?
  Like, you have "do nothing" as the ultimately good option in your meme. Are you literally spez? Is this a joke? This is the worst astroturf job I've literally ever seen.
How do people even care about Reddit to log in and interact at this point?
- Never underestimate a persons susceptibility to outrage and anger in the pursuit of fulfilling boredom, feeling some sense of purpose or even in response to some type of insecurity.
  
  I guess we all fight our own useless little fights.
Assuming that the protesters only visit Reddit to send a message through Place, they are a drop in a bucket compared to the site-wide traffic generated by bots and the people who stayed, do not hinder the goal of sending that message.
