new hexbear here. i've never listened to chapo podcast and am unfamiliar with the culture of this site. what tips can you give me about this site? And what the hell is PPB?

Welcome! I'm doing pretty good but i slept on my neck funny and I'm walking around like RoboCop making coffee

  Thank you! I can rest and ice/heat it today which is what I'm doing. I've upgraded my neck to Terminator
