After getting used to 3 days of 12's, then having 4 days off, I could never go back to a "normal" schedule.
I've also worked the 4 day work week schedule and it was glorious. My current job however, seem to actively disdain it's employees.
I work 6am to 1:30pm. I feel like I work "half days" every day because I have the afternoon and evening to do what I want.
That was my favorite part about working morning shift! The whole rest of the day is open to do whatever
Reverse this for me as a weekend (and some-weekday-evenings) worker who services those with full-time jobs!
