The former president has viewed the seven-second clip, in which his right ear was grazed with a bullet, multiple times, according to a Republican source close to his campaign
Tbf, he had a horrible time with covid right before the election in 2020. Like he legitimately almost died. They had to fly his huge dumper to the army hospital and pump him full of experimental drugs (at the time <one year deep into covid-19). If he wasn't the president of the US, just some 75 year old in the Ozark mountains or something, he probably would've gone way too far along and died at home in bed drowned in his own mucus or just barely made it to an ER only to die within hours of having a tube shoved down his throat.
I think it's something that would be traumatic regardless, but he has never truly been in danger before, and he knows he's not getting any younger – The IDEA that it really could happen to him Any Fucking Time is probably totally foreign and utterly terrifying.
Adding on that he's retraumatizing himself with the video repeatedly is a recipe for psychological disaster, which couldn't happen to a nicer person. Hopefully it's enough to keep him out of office, because The IDEA that someone with that level of unaddressed damage being in charge is pretty fuckin scary.
In the eyes of maga chuds anyway. In any case, good. All of these bastard politicians deserve to suffer. Dying quickly is too good for them. I won't be the one to do it, but they are the enemies of humanity.
Enhance 224 to 176. Enhance, stop. Move in, stop. Pull out, track right, stop. Center in, pull back. Stop. Track 45 right. Stop. Center and stop. Enhance 34 to 36. Pan right and pull back. Stop. Enhance 34 to 46. Pull back. Wait a minute, go right, stop. Enhance 57 to 19. Track 45 left. Stop. Enhance 15 to 23. Give me a hard copy right there.
I just thought of a new theory: this is why Trump's posting has declined so hard. He can't use Twitter or Truth Social anymore, so he hired someone to do it for him. Unfortunately, the new guy can't capture Trump's posting power and his entire job training consisted of whatever Republican they got roped into doing it feeding him the old boomer playbook that's totally disconnected from Trump's posting. That's why now we have boomer uncle fake Trump on social media saying shit like Barack HUSSEIN Obama that was outdated 15 years ago.
I am almost certain that Trump has tweeted Barack HUSSEIN Obama quite a few times over the years. The boomer playbook was and has been Trump's playbook all along. The dude is obsessed with Obama, he posted his address like a year ago. He kept saying Obama spied on his campaign and all kinds of shit.
I'm not going to expand on this because it's too much to type here, way off topic, etc. but I experienced an attempted murder of myself (one of many people shot directly at by someone- I wasn't struck, but it was a mass casualty event including deaths). I have diagnosed PTSD from that event. I suspect almost everyone there that day including first responders afterwards probably have it PTSD.
Dealing with friends, family, etc. asking a billion times what happened right after (some for caring reasons, a lot for morbid curiosity which I don't totally fault people for) was really tiring. "Oh you're so lucky" and other such sentiments constantly expressed. "God was with you!" Like literally just a normal person version of all the stuff people say about Trump's shooting. I cannot imagine feeling compelled to immediately speak about it publicly every day basically with such specificity and allusions to "wow! Just a few inches, huh?!" all the time.
All that said, couldn't happen to a worse person. I recognize Trump has humanity as we all do, but he doesn't recognize that about millions if not billions of others on this planet. So, I hope they keep asking him questions about it.
If it were me personally, a question that would suck to keep hearing would be like "how do you feel that others died that day while you hid and then ran away?" If someone from CBS or something could just pepper that one in, I think we might legitimately see a crying Trump on TV. Or maybe he'd go silent in disbelief and internal emotions. Maybe he'd be fine. I dunno. I wanna see it though.

I'm very sorry to hear that. An experience like that is incredibly harrowing and can set itself on your core for a long while. I hope you have people around that you can rely on when it all is too much <3

Yeah I feel no sympathy for him and it couldn't have happened to a worse guy. I just felt the need to comment about it, because I've seen people elsewhere say variations of "wow what a loser, he should just toughen up." and I think that line needs to be squashed.
I hope they keep asking him about it too.

Have you seen the clip of that streamer gifting him a cybertruk wrapped in the fistpump photo? Very funny.
Having that Iwo Jima type pic plastered everywhere he goes probably gets him
He is a narcissistic sociopath. The narcissist in my family can't stop looking at videos of themself, listening to their own off tune horrid singing. Super obsessed with their own looks and how they look to themselves in a mirror. Any minor scratch, pimple, single hair being off a few millimeters sends them into mania until it's just right.
Trump's highly manicured looks was fractured. He's angry and fascinated with how something could scratch a God such as himself. There was permanent damage done that he can't undo and probably physically feels and hyperaware about.
