The TLDR is that this does not allow any medical testing on children without parental consent. Guess who occasionally is the rapist?
- Much more than occasionally, horrific as that is.
  
  It's almost always someone the child knows, not some shadowy evil cabal.

- Either a parent/legal guardian was the perp, or they allowed it to happen
It was probably intentional.
- They were alerted that this would be an issue and they went forward with no exceptions anyway. Might want to have some interviews with the children of Republican legislators in Idaho...

Isn't it amazing how many of these laws seem to protect pedophiles? Almost hard to believe it's a coincidence.

Yet another Idaho law letting Christians rape their kids. Or, is it not rape anymore when you own them?
- Its way worse that that. They can protect people who sexually assault them.
