They're not opposed to climate change. We're all opposed to climate change. They simply deny that it exists to keep the corporate profits flowing to their big, rich donors.
I've said that about a great many things over the last few years. One of my favorites is, "The Covid virus doesn't care whether you believe that it exists or that it will kill you or people that you love. It doesn't have a dogmatic political identity. It's a strand of RNA. It is apolitical."
The people pushing this don't care, they will be rich enough for the short term effects to not affect them. After that they will be dead from old age. They just want to extract the max before they leave this place, as is their tradition as the boomer generation.
It's our children and our children's children who are in big trouble and they have proven many times not to give a fuck about children.
