President Joe Biden is expected to pardon US veterans who were convicted by the military over a 60-year period under a military law that banned gay sex, three US officials told CNN.
Great but this is should have been done whenever door kickers agreed to accept them as gay
Good. If all parties are consenting what is the problem?
The problem is that some people still believe that things like being gay, an atheist, or supporting the wrong party, are a "mental illness" that makes one unable to consent, and so require a guardian to make decisions for them... and that's still better than the people who believe it's a felony, or a sin to be punished by death.
