- Fixed an issue where YouTube playback may experience stalling under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where the Private Window icon was displayed in the taskbar on Windows when browser.privateWindowSeparation.enabled was set to false.
Finally. Thought I was going crazy about the YouTube playback getting stuck all the time!
I wonder if this will fix Twitch too, video playback in VODs seem to get stuck as well...
Not sure. YouTube broke it on their own end -- and conveniently only for Firefox again. 🤔
From what I read last week, basically they were sending chunks of the video stream in a completely invalid way. Essentially saying a new chunk of the video begins at an earlier frame than the last chunk ended.
