damn, i got really, really close to relapsing and very nearly drank last night. However, through a great deal of willpower (and maybe some questionable neopaganism) I managed to put down the bottle for another night. 4 weeks sober now
also losing weight is really fucking hard. I started doing some intermittent fasting at the start of this month and managed to lose like 15 pounds so far? but it still feels like I'm so, so very far from my goals
