The aftermath of "No, 'Open Source' does not mean 'Includes Free Support'"

So OP wants you to pay for the privilege of reporting a bug because their time is too valuable, but they still expect the open source community to contribute their time for free to the project. Then OP throws a hissy fit when people tell them what a shitty opinion that is.

Seriously, why would anyone use, let alone contribute to, a project like this?
