Absolutely. One of Trump's largest electoral demographic problems is white suburban wine moms and Tulsi helps win that group back/lower the loss margins. She also fits the bill for recapturing the "dignified" conservative voter that held their nose in 2020 and voted for Biden because Trump was just too mean/unstately (read: Romney supporting rubes).
If he was smarter he'd grab Nikki Haley because she'd cleave off never-Trump Biden support and hit all the same electoral demographic problems he faces, but that relationship seems to be hostile.
if Trump picks Haley they will just kill him
