I'm looking for a new Mastodon instance. I'm not satisfied with the moderation on fosstodon. Does anyone have any recommendations?

i started on techhub dot social, and they had a 1k character limit, and i recently switched to hachyderm dot io, which has a 500 limit. hachyderm seemed a little more lively and social in the “local” feeds. techhub’s local feed seemed to be a little dry and had a lot of bot activity. but not sure if my experience truly representative, i am relatively new to the fediverse in general. never had any moderation issues with either.
