I am curious how 3 dots in the status bar are a “large problem” for you. Seems weird. If it’s getting in the way of your control panel or notifications, swipe further to the side.
As the downvotes indicate, you don't know what you're talking about.
It's a new feature in iOS, and it interferes with other screen elements from apps.
You can't just "swipe to the side"
