GuyPerson is a racist troll.Databricks is in the top 35% of similar companies in terms of diversity. So really I guess if they were trying to say this was an achievement without people of color and diversity I’d guess they just self owned themselves since in fact it’s considered diverse in its field.

The problem with this argument is that by not fixing the issues created by slavery and centuries of oppression you aren't really doing a merit based system. And to imply that black people are not as smart as white people has no basis in reality.
