There is a one time purchase option. The subscription is for features that need additional cloud services.

That was the only option available at the time.. They have added other options now.

Probably because you said it was a subscribtion and it is not. It is a separate from ultra.
It wasnt when I made the comment. The update with the separate option came with the latest update.
