2025 is just not shaping up to be humanity's year

It's been largely out of the western media sphere these days due to the shit river that is Trumpistan, but Turkey's dictator Erdogan has begun outright arresting political opponents prior to elections, and it has sparked a massive uprising in the country.. Protesters are currently being met with force and being arrested by the hundreds.

I've been fed a little bit of info from a friend who lives in Turkey, as of a few minutes ago police have begun using lethal devices (flare guns) against protestors too.
