Sorry, that's just because the screenshot was from the modlog off .ml, I have to check .ml's modlog when looking at .worlds modlog because there have been modlog federation "glitches"

The OP of this post (cm0002) is a .world member and the modlog itself is federated. So when they post a link it by default goes to their instance (.world) of the modlog for the US News and Politics community on .ml
It can look weird.
