I've been using mailbox.org since a while. Reliable and 12€ per year, can't really complain. Easy domain name too

The reason I didn't go with mailbox is that they recycle your email address after 90 days. So if you decide to leave or didn't pay for 30 days, 3 months lager someone can make a new emailaddress under your old name.
