This is sooo dumb! "Strategic". Like, what, in case the US government suddenly needs to buy LSD online?
- they're making it easier to steal us money
- its a broad strategy to buy a basket of different coins. like trump coin.
- In case a group of certain someone’s need to make a strategic withdrawal back to Moscow.
