  Can't say that this person is conservative for sure, but the argument absolutely exists and is pushed by people.

  Verbatim? No, probably not. But when "Free Speech Absolutist" Elon Musk censors criticism about himself on Xitter, but allows and promotes Nazi content, actions speak louder than words.
