His has as much of a legitimate claim to being in us government as most people in there. That is none, same as any random senator. He should get the wall for moral reasons, but as the entire system is known to be bs there is no logical reason to deny him this.

At least nominally a random senator won an election. Obviously bourgeois elections are a scam but Elon didn’t even do that.
