new animation for upvotes/downvotes is slow

I am consistently double tapping the upvote and downvote buttons because the new animation takes so long to trigger after press.

I see the same "lag" even for the share button, bookmark button and even for the three-dot menu under a post.
- The bookmark animation looks a tad faster to me. The options menu animation prompted me to request the option to disable animation effects since I use that fairly often. 😅
